- 15-Minute Consultation = Free
- 50-Minute Individual Session = $185.00
- 90-Minute Individual Session = $300.00
- 90-Minute Family Session = $375.00
- 90-Minute Couples Session = $350.00
Insurance
I am not in-network with any insurance companies, however, I also accept HSA as a form of payment.
I do qualify as an “Out of Network” provider; therefore, even though I am not contracted with your insurance company, I can provide you with a “Superbill” at the end of each session. The “Superbill” will include all of the necessary clinical information you will need to submit a claim to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement.
Payment
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 24-hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, my policy is to collect a $100.00 late cancelation appointment fee for 50-minute individual sessions or $200.00 for 90-minute individual/couples/family sessions. If you miss a session without contacting me (no call/no show) my policy is to charge the full amount of your session.
