Individual Therapy
- 15-Minute Consultation = Free
- 50-Minute Individual Session = $185.00
- 90-Minute Individual Session = $300.00
- 5-Session Package (50-Minutes) = $750.00
Couples Therapy
- 20-Minute Consultation = Free
- 90-Minute Couples Session = $350.00
- 5-Session Package (Couples) = $1500.00
Family Therapy
- 30-Minute Consultation = Free
- 90-Minute Individual Session = $400.00
- 5-Session Package (Family) = $1750.00
Insurance
Enso Counseling and Coaching is not in-network with insurance providers. However, I do accept HSA cards as a form of payment.
I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means I can provide a superbill upon request. This document includes the necessary information to submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, HSA, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged the full session fee
No-shows are charged the full session fee
This policy allows me to honor the time reserved for you and offer consistent, high-quality care to all clients.
Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies at the therapist’s discretion.
